RECOVERY/Helping people overcome challenges

Tammy worked for several years as a Chemical Dependency Counselor helping those struggling with addiction. She found it very rewarding to share the education, comfort, hope that she had been given not only from formal education, but through her own experience in overcoming obstacles to personal freedom.

CONTINUING EDUCATION/Awareness and Understanding

Although Tammy is not practicing Social Work, Chemical Dependency, or Mental Health Counseling during our coaching sessions She maintains her LSW and LCDCIII continuing education requirements. She uses her continuing education in all areas in order to provide understanding, support and appropriate referral if needed.

HIGHEST PRIORITY/Intimacy with God

There is nothing more important to us than our relationship with God. Transparency with Him, knowledge of who we are in Him, partnering with Him, and increasing awareness of His love and character is the best thing that we can bring to coaching or anything else that we do.

ART THERAPY/ Revelation through creativity and dreams

Tammy’s bachelors degree in Art Therapy has given her an increased awareness of the healing and revelatory power of the arts. She loves to encourage creativity. She is passionate about supporting others as they prayerfully consider what God may be revealing to them symbolically through their artwork and in their dreams as well.

Life, Marriage and Pre-marital Coaching

We are passionate about helping individuals and marriages abound in joy and purpose. Tammy is a Certified Christian Life Coach, Certified Christian Marriage and Pre-marital Coach, and a Certified HIScoach™ through HIScoach™ Training Academy. We are both Certified SYMBIS Facilitators.

Health Coaching

After years of struggling to achieve and maintain a healthy weight, Doug found a program that gave him amazing success in changing his lifestyle and achieving safe and rapid weight lost. Inspiration for the name Springs of Water

…but whoever drinks of the water that I will give him shall never thirst; but the water that I will give him will become in him a well of water springing up to eternal life ( John 4:14)

They will neither hunger nor thirst, nor will the desert heat or the sun beat down on them. He who has compassion on them will guide them and lead them beside springs of water (Isaiah 49:10).

Healing and Ministry

Tammy has traning and experience in heart-healing ministry. Her passion is to help individuals increase and maintain a secure connection with The Father, Jesus, and Holy Spirit. We believe that although The Three are One, they have different roles and are the source of all healing, wisdom, and life for an individual and their relationship with themselves and others. We believe that out of a heathy intimate connection with the Godhead comes purpose, passion, and a greater manifestation of the loving presence of God on the earth.

We both also have experience serving as a youth advisors, children’s ministry volunteers, and we currently enjoy leading a spiritual growth group for adults.

FAMILY/Where ministry starts

We believe that our spouse and children should always be the first recipients of our ministry to others. We never want them to get leftovers of the love and energy that God gives us for service. We believe that strong and healthy families that minister to one another create a multiplication of love around the world. We have been blessed with the opportunity to add a child through adoption, and love to share encouragement with those who are interested in adoption.
